Our Policies:
Appointments: Necessary for all services to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. A credit card will be taken at time of booking. If you have to cancel or reschedule your service, 24 hour notice is required for single services, 48 hour notice for multiple services.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged Full Price for the scheduled service. Any and all complaints or issues resulting from unsatisfactory treatments or services must be addressed immediately during the service. We do not take any responsibility or offer refunds/discounts/free treatments once the service has been completed.
We offer 10% Off discount for groups of 5 and more people during the Fall and Spring Off-Seasons. Reservation in advance and a 50% Deposit is required from the total. There will be No Refounds unless cancelation is at least two weeks prior to appointment. When booking an appointment with a gift card/gift certificate and or a promotion/discount, please let us know in advance.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards: Are non-refundable, are to be used by the designated recipient only, and cannot be used towards discounted spa services or any other promotions. If you would like to upgrade a gift certificate or a Gift Card purchased for a specific treatment, you will be charged the difference.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards: Expire one year from date of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity.
Packages: Package expiration dates vary depending on how many services are purchased/ what service is chosen. Example: A package of 4 facials expires 4 months after the date of purchase, a package of 5 facials expires 5 months after and so on. A package of 4 massages expires 2 months after the date of purchase, a package of 5 massages expires 2.5 months after and so on. Packages are to be used by the designated recipient only.
Gratuities: Prices for our services do not include gratuities, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk. May we suggest 18%. Cash gratuity is highly appreciated!
